How to buy

I'VE FOUND A COLLECTION I LIKE - WHAT DO I DO NOW?
 Simply get in touch and let me know which collection you’re interested in and we’ll go from there.
If you would like to change the wording or colours that’s fine - just let me know.



I'D LIKE YOU TO CREATE SOMETHING BESPOKE FOR ME...

CAN YOU SEND ME A SAMPLE?
Of course - sample sets are available upon request and cost £10 including postage.
Unfortunately sample sets can't be personalised but they're a great way to make sure you're happy with the quality, sizing and colour of your preferred design.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Once you know the design you like and how many you need I will email you a quote. If you’re then happy to proceed I will send you an invoice and request all the information I need to start creating your wedding stationery.
I require a £100 deposit to secure my time and then I will require the remaining balance before going to print.
 You can pay by online BACS transfer or via paypal - details can be found on your invoice.



WILL YOU SEND ME A MOCK UP BEFORE THEY GET PRINTED?
Absolutely. Once you’re happy with everything discussed I will work on a mock up for you and send to you over email for your approval before going to print. I won’t send to print until you’re completely satisfied so you’re welcome to make amendments at this stage.
 
A final proof will be sent over email for you to approve.
Please check the final proof very carefully for any grammar, spelling or information errors as if these are found after printing, a re-printing charge will be incurred.



HOW LONG WILL MY INVITES TAKE?
This all depends on how many amendments are made and how quickly the final design is approved.
Once the final design has been approved and payment has been processed you can expect to receive your invites within 10-14 days but I will always aim to get them to you as soon as I possibly can.



WHAT CARD STOCK AND ENVELOPES DO YOU USE?
I print on a matt finish, 350gsm card stock as standard but I have a variety of card-stocks available so please just let me know if you'd like to see some other options.
White envelopes are included with the price of your Save The Date and Invitation. You can upgrade to a coloured envelope and I also offer an envelope printing service. Please enquire for more information and pricing.



DELIVERY
All stationery is sent out tracked and signed for with DHL to ensure nothing gets lost. UK delivery is £15.
For larger items such as table plans, UK delivery is £20.
 
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please let me know and I will calculate the shipping cost for you.
